Robert Jones - State Farm Insurance Agent

Not satisfied whatsoever! The lack of communication from Mr. Jones is extremely frustrating and the unprofessionalism of his "assistants" is just distasteful. Our company tried to reach out several times over an existing claim and we kept being ignored, or promised that he would get the message and we never heard back. We gave him business but he wasn't willing to provide us with professional service thereafter. His "office" has a horrible way to run a business, highly do NOT recommend.

This particular office is VERY CARELESS. First off I had a auto as well as a life insurance policy. Not only did they have my EX HUSBAND still on my insurance after 8 years of being divorced they also didn't have EXACT kids on as beneficiaries. Thank GOD nothing happened before I realized this but this is a HUGE MISTAKE. Recently I received a letter stating their going to drop me because I have two teenage daughters who DON'T DRIVE but because I haven't added them on my auto policy ALTHOUGH THEY DON'T DRIVE. Not to mention my oldest is 19 and doesn't even reside with me...this is RIDICULOUS and the WORLD needs to see how a HUGE INSURANCE company will treat a long and on time paying customer.
