I'm a very careful driver and I don't understand why pressing one button to shut off radio gives me a ding for phone use..Wasn't using my phone...Other things about the safe driver process I don't understand..like if you have to stop suddenly if someone cuts you off ..That is defensive driving, correct? Don't understand... should I have just crashed?
Robert and his staff have always been attentive, courteous, and thorough.
Please don’t use this agent. They canceled my auto insurance without notice caused me fines from DMV. Almost got my license suspended. Cost me money because I had to switch insurance without being currently insured. The agents were disrespectful and not helpful
