Robert Grandle: Allstate Insurance

Premium nearly doubled after losing about $22k out of pocket during Helene. Still have another $5-10K out of pocket to pay for insulation in attic and crawlspace, water warped hardwoods, skylights, and proper gutters. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! YOU ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS!! They will overcharge you on your premiums and then deny legitimate claims. One way they will inflate your premium is by embellishing the specifications of your insured property. It is ironic how the "errors" they make on the specs always seem to benefit them resulting in a higher premium. I'm an auto wreck attorney and can tell you from personal experience that Allstate refuses to pay fair value for auto claims and makes you sue them and spend years litigating while they keep and make money on your money. You had better hope you never have to make a claim against your own policy because you will regret choosing Allstate.
