These crooks take payment out of your account unauthorized. They are not mindful of people on a strict budget. You ask them to combine policies and they do not send a bill, and then draft it from your account whenever they feel like it, causing problems with the bank. I was told they would send me a check for the overdraft charge and then they changed their mind. Tammy is rude and talks down to the clients. She does not accept responsibility when she makes an error (in this case it was more than one error). Worst yet, she hung up on me when I told her we are going to take our business elsewhere. I was not in any way verbally abusive. There are plenty of other fine insurance agencies in the area. I would recommend ANYONE else.
