No interest in serving customers. Two weeks after opening a policy, I received a notification via 'snail mail' that I was automatically going to start paying spousal coverage (despite having no spouse). When I phoned the office, they required me to visit them in person to sign papers opting out of said coverage. Cancelling my policy was nearly impossible, and took a month. Even after cancellation, the company still attempted to deduct premiums from my account. I'm thankful I never needed to attempt filing any sort of claim with this poor provider of customer service.

I have been a State Farm Client farm client for 30+ years and I have found that Kimberly has been very pleasant and knowledgable and answered every question i have a concern with.
