Shopping around for car insurance, I called this agent Rob. Phone rang a few times then I was hung up on before anyone even said hello. Called back a few minutes later. Rob answers. I explain what just happened and he said no one answered. I attempted again to explain what happened and he just cuts me off mid sentence and asks what he can do for me. Well, Rob, nothing now. I will take my 3 vehicles elsewhere to be insured by someone less rude. Hope your day gets better!
