Rob Marchand: Allstate Insurance

For one prices are extremely high. My renewal policy was 672.00. Priced around and Geico got me to 370.00. I have a good record with no accidents nor tickets. One accident that was a hit and run when I was in the building at work, but not my fault. Anyhow, this agency is great if you want insurance, but once you want to cancel they have no respect to make sure you are not charged. My policy renewed on 1-16-26, I notified them on 1-14-26 to not renew. and they did not. It went through. I emailed them again on 1-16-26 in the morning when I saw the charge and asked them to credit me. No response. I called my charge company and they said I had to wait for it to get out of pending, so I emailed them again informing them of that and the fact that I will dispute this charge and still no word from

The ladies at the office were absolutely magnificent. They were engaging and knowledgeable and willing to listen to my concerns with eagerness to solve the problems. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

I have been a customer from when Janet Muller owned this office. Recently I purchased a replacement car that had a “R” branded title and was told by Bob that Allstate would not insure it. He failed to provide Any documentation after I added the car myself through the app he told me that the car was not covered. Oddly Allstate showed it on my policy and had no problems with the vin number. From then on he was forceful and rude about my car being on this policy. I fired them today. Unprofessional, would not show me where in my policy or otherwise in writing what the problem was. Just his opinion was law. I did speak with another agent from Allstate at a different location and he felt that it would not be a problem as long as the coverage was liability and property damge(no comp/collisi

Would any respectable business consider this appropriate? I did not request any auto insurance quotes, I have exes that aren't this unhinged
