Rob Farina - State Farm Insurance Agent

I appreciate Rob and his staff. They listen to my needs and provide clear solutions and products to address those needs. That's what I look for in a good agent. I have never been pushed with an upcharge for something I didn't need. On the contrary, they have saved me money. It is nice to hear that you are already covered for something when you are inquiring about a potential additional insurance purchase. I also appreciate being able to visit an actual office in my town and speak with a human, rather than an on-line chatbot.

Absolutely terrible. Went in because they added coverage we didn't want. When I asked employee to look at the declaration page he said " I dont have time I have to hurry up and get you out of here so I can eat my breakfast"

Rob Farina has been my agent for 13 years. I even moved 5 hours away and still kept him because he has always gone above and beyond for my entire family's insurance needs including days, nights and weekends. He answers all of my questions, and is always able to explain any policy changes and rate increases and decreases that I don't understand. State Farm is the best and so is Rob!

Moved from VA to PA about a year ago and switched our car/home insurance to State Farm. Rob is extremely knowledgeable and has been so helpful with questions and some lingering issues with the move. I greatly appreciate everything he has done for us.

I have been with State Farm for over 5 years. Rob Farina was my agent for this duration and he was amazing from the beginning. Always helpful and called to check in but since the end of 2019 he has seriously failed me. Having multiple auto loans with this agency I started receiving paper bills past the due date. Large discrepancies in billing between what my agent gave me, the State Farm app and the billing papers. In effort to correct and verify this issue multiple conversations and emails were held with Rob where he cancelled part of my policies causing a headache with the DMV.
