Its hard to get in touch with this business when they're open. And when you finally do get in contact with someone, they seem to never have knowledge on what is factual about whichever insurance policy that you have. They are lazy, and rarely want to look. Also, please remind them numerous times to mail the entire policy with details and provisions. If you do not, they will forget and you will lack very important information if you ever need your policy. Most times, i recommend just going into the messy and cluttered office they do have and get the entire policy printed out. They lack in a lot of ways they should not as an insurance agency.

One of the best auto insurance companies I have dealt with. The customer service is superior, "ERIC" the rep. that I worked with, did everything he could to lower my rate and he was on top of it. He got me the lowest rate possible. I have seldom been treated so well by a customer service rep.. I dislike dealing with insurance issues anyway, but Eric was gracious and used every resource he had. KUDOS to Assurance, check them out... you can thank me later! The lady in the middle of the main photo would make fun of the fact I have a ticket, and when I would go to put myself as a driver under my uncle's policy, she would make an policy of my own. Telling me it'll be $700 something a month, even though I kept telling her I wanted to be listed as a driver, not to have my own policy. My uncle then went over and confirmed to list me as a driver

Have been getting isurance through this company for about 4 years now. They have always been so nice and helpful. Any time I had any issues they always either helped me reslove it or helped me find a new company to go through that met the changes needed. I would recommend anyone looking to go by and check it out.
