If I could give 0 stars I would - we thought we made a good choice by going with R&M insurance and left a 5 star review which I left below. Be WARNED if you have a claim they are the absolute worst at taking care of you. It took 11 days after they were notified of an accident (deer hit) to get any acknowledgment of our need to have the vehicle fixed and a rental car etc which we pay for in our premium. After threatening to contact the state of GA and speaking to multiple people I got the claim moved forward and taken to a repair facility now that the vehicle has been fixed it is sitting at the body shop for 5 days because we can’t get the vehicle released as they can’t validate that the claim check was mailed to the body shop and no one will return the body shops - the level of incompeten
