Riyaad Khan: Allstate Insurance

I want to start by saying in the beginning with Riyaad my experience was seamless. Fast forward years later the quality has been going downward. My mother is 70 years old and I handle her finances. She likes structure. The last year different amounts keep getting charged. This is quite frustrating since she is on a fixed income. If a payment is going to be higher then you should let her know. She was also advised to take a defensive driving course for reductions in premium back in July. When I talked to Maria in November she said it wasn’t applied.So I forward the original email with certificate from July. We are currently on the road right now and my wife calls saying that DMV has her down uninsured since November. Let’s get it together. I will update soon

My experience with Allstate so far has been great. I don’t have any complaints. It’s something I don’t want to think about, is insurance. I don’t really wanna talk about my insurance. I just want to pay monthly and if anything happens, I just wanna be covered. There’s enough things in this world to worry about other than Insurance. So on that note, I’m very satisfied with Allstate so far.

DON'T EVER use this insurance company. I called the office and was sent to vmail 4 times and no one returned my calls. No one even responded to my email. I switched my insurance and now they are harassing me for payment that I had with my new provider. This is a very bad experience and a terrible way to do business.

This is the place that takes care of my renter's insurance. I would like to give him business for my motor insurance, but unfortunately, they are not accepting new drivers like myself. So as soon as I am eligible I will be switching to him. They are the best. Best quotes and coverage there is.
