I used Riverlands insurance for about 10 years after buying a house. My agent was always very responsive and polite. However, every year I would ask if there were cheaper options, and every year I was told, unfortunately, no. Then I refinanced my home and my broker found me an insurance policy that was SUBSTANTIALLY less than I was paying with Riverlands. I was shocked. I’m pretty sure I overpaid thousands of dollars for many years by not doing my due diligence and shopping around. I would advise you to do the same.

Kristy M went above and beyond by any means necessary to provide me with the best possible rate. She had great communication and was very efficient. Definitely recommend this agency!

I would recommend this company to anyone. Their knowledge is nothing short of elite when it comes to the insurance field. Mr. Michael my agent, & Ms. Kim have went above and beyond for me whenever necessary. They are great communicators and very efficient! Overall great agency!

What started out good ended in flames. Their call back practice was never good and they also failed to notify me that the policy they supposedly sold me failed to go threw. Their agents will crawfish on you leaving their responsibility on you leaving you high and dry. They are worthless don't waste your money, time, or life dealing with these people.

10/10 would recommend this company to anyone! After shopping around with a few different companies, I called and talked with Kristy who was able to point me in the direction of saving tons of money! Thanks! Can’t wait to tell me friends and family.
