I just came home to Douglas after exploring the USA for 36 months. Douglas insurance has been one of the first places I dropped in. Once again, the lowest prices and the BEST customer service. Believe me, at my age I've had enough policies as the days of the month on a calender. Thee gals are just the best. I've had claims in the past and every time it was excellent. Good to be home.

I had to switch insurance carriers because Farmers decided to raise my cost $100 more of the high price they already have, so i went to douglas insurance where i was treated with respect, fast service and found me a company that bundled my car and house for $100 less. Thanks to their help and understanding I am very pleased with their services.

Unfortunately, I was in a wreck in July. I processed my paper work and was told by my agent Mitzy, that I would receive a check, but to wait for her call. It’s been months.. However, she could never give me a timeline. She seemed annoyed to even speak with me. It’s November and I had to call corporate in order to even get a different response which is uncalled for and frustrating. I’ve been spending large amounts of money’s to Uber for transportation which could have not been necessary If everything was processed properly. Turns out she didn’t even send my paper work to get processed. My car was totaled and had to be turned it to the insurance. This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced.
