The Zito agency tagged my policy with Progessive underwriting for a "PV" (Policy Verification) review after i referred my girlfriend to them for new business. I live alone and we have separate addresses! They lost my business after that stunt. Of course they played dumb and acted like they had no idea, but the insurance company let me know it was my agent. They wanted to increase my policy premium to get more commission. Jerk offs!
Our family businesses have used Zito Insurance Agency in various capacities for 20+ years. Their team is an absolute pleasure to work with. They are extremely responsive and organized. They are always there to answer any questions and on top of anything that is needed to be done. It is unusual to find a company where every department and employee is exceptional! We can't recommend Zito Insurance Agency enough!
Zito Insurance forged documents on behalf of my business. This had to be mediated with a state wide investigation of my liability policy and coverage with my carrier. I would strongly advise NOT to invest your time or money with this "agency".
