Had a problem with my taxes from 2023 called them about it they called back got it fixed up in less then 10 min and problem solved. Their customer service is great!

Very good people and they have even business tax and taking care of accounts as far as tax and all other business issues. Ricardo is the owner he's the best but if you want to see him personally you have to take appointment to sit with him for like any big issues on all you need for your business and tax.

The prices are outrageous. I called to let them know that I was running late and I knew that they closed at 3 on Saturday. The lady that answered the phone was rude with horrible customer service. She didn't even offer me an appointment for another day. She just said no they will not wait for me even though I informed her I was already on my way. When people don't even try to accommodate you, that angers me. I am your customer. I pay your bills. Make me happy or why work with an insurance agency ?
