Rick Winterrowd - State Farm Insurance Agent

Rick was our insurance agent for many years before I moved to California. I returned to Florida but live in St. Petersburg now so he can't insure me. Still, I recommend him every chance I get.

Bad customer service overall. Good luck choosing State Farm as your insurance and Rick as your agent!! It's preferable to pay a little more for Progressive or Geico insurances to have decent service when you need. Rick is so unprofessional and rude its embarrassing!

RICK and his staff Tony are one in a million. He has helped us thru a stolen car- a death in the family- and anytime we have questions he answers them. He is why I have 2 cars insured, a home and 2 life insurance policies. We love Rick

Ive had state farm insurance from Rick agency for years. He and Tony have been doing a great job for me.

Main owner was really rude, when I had questions about my new policy what I started last week. He hang up on me by saying "I'm running a business here not information center" ??!! There is no corporate main number to ask questions, so who else is answering questions if NOT my local agent?? If I'm not ready to PAY then I'm not a client?? Good luck running your business that way.
