She answered all my questions and explained how the policy works and the various benefits I have with State Farm. Raquel is professional and friendly. Shannon was thorough, patient and lovely to talk to. note: I tried a couple of the supposed "rate comparison" apps - they don't give you the information that you are lead to believe they will provide. They are a waste of time. I then started contacting insurance companies directly for quotes. State farm was - by far - the best priced -- and I have GOOD coverage.
