Rick Ronning - State Farm Insurance Agent

Unprofessional, rude and cannot help solve issues with State Farm computer system. I have been with State Farm for 14 years and now I am looking at my options. I wanted to add a vehicle to my policy so I submitted a quote request. I had to call a few days later because I did not hear from them. I was on the phone for an hour because the system would not let them select the correct vehicle that matched the VIN. They requested that I call the office in the morning. I call the next morning and I am told they will call me back. Now there’s a whole different issue that they cannot solve. Not only did the State Farm customer care line validate my issues, they agreed to help me switch to another agent if I choose to stay. Avoid this office!
