Worst agency ever. The turn over rate is high here. I'm always speaking to a different person. I told them my second vehicle was being restored and I just want comp. I was assured that's what I had. I take my responsibility for not checking. I have been getting over charged since 2022. It was only fixed due to a letter I received saying I would get a penalty from the state. I was told no adjustments even though they made a mistake. When I went to the office of I was treated very coldly by the office manager. She stood in the door to talk to me Then finally let me in and looked up my policy. She said oh you just have comp. I said yes because it was just changed. She stated she didn't know who wrote the policy and then looked it up and said oh it was Josh and he's no longer here. You should'

Rick and his team have been a true asset to my family. We have worked with him since 1999, and now my oldest Son has started his policy with his office. They take the time to explain and help with everything needed. can't thank that team enough.

Graciela was so kind and patient to my mom and I! She really listened to our needs and made them happen! She truly got us the best coverage at an affordable rate and explained it thoroughly so that we both understood. We left with no questions. So grateful to have had her as our representative!

My mother-in-law had been looking for car insurance for several days with no luck of getting a lower rate. I gave this office a call a was offer a great deal for full coverage, with rental and road side cover for half the price that she was paying from another provider on a 2019 VW Jetta. Rick Prevatt office is great. We highly recommend.
