I wouldn't go back to nationwide. They are very expensive we are now getting more coverage for less through another agency. I have found many mistakes with our coverage through them, more specific with the travelers company they deal with.

I had my first claim ever in October! I hit a deer and did some massive damage to my bump and grill. The girls (Especially Sherry) helped me pick the best auto body shop to take it to. They helped reduce the stress of taking my car to a complete stranger and the trust issues I have with other mechanics. The 24 hour claims is pretty great, too. I was able to put everything together for the claim when I called.

The Rick Leet agency has been in the business for almost 80 years. The family dynamic runs this agency throughout all of those years. Rick truly cares about each one of his clients and always goes the distance like his father Nelson and grandfather Raymond did before him. The agency is now in its 4th generation which goes to show the support the community has given the agency. You'll always be greeted with a smile and a warm "Hello" and leave, hopefully, with saving money.

The owner of this company lacks class, bullies small local business, and is only in the field to make a financial profit for himself. He does not have your best interest at heart. I highly recommend finding a different insurance agency in the area.
