Giving a 2 star rating due to I had renters insurance for several years. I called and got it cancelled bc no longer needed. I was advised it was cancelled. It then was taken out of my account AGAIN. So I called to get it cancelled for the second time. I spoke with Janet and she was incredibly rude. She asked for my new address which I replied with “well you wouldn’t need it bc we did go ahead and get insurance through my husband” and she said “that’s fine you won’t get your refund that’s fine” when she never advised me before asking for my new address that there would be a refund. Janet has poor customer service skills and I will make sure to never use this office again.
