Rick Franklin - State Farm Insurance Agent

I do not recommend this agency. I canceled my policy on 8/5 and started my new policy the same day. They retroed my coverage to 7/6. Now I owe the state $50 for lapse in coverage. The best part is when I called State Farm for an explanation on why my coverage ended on 7/6 and not 8/5, all she could tell me is she wouldn't have done that for no reason. Great job State Farm. Im glad I've taken my business elsewhere after being w you all for the past at least 15 years.

My family and I have been with Rick since the early 90's, and he and his staff have always been great to us. They're very responsive whether it's a phone call or an email, and they're informative about options without being pushy. 90% of the time, I deal with Mr. Keith Garrison, and he's super personable and has been nothing short of awesome. Dropping and adding insurance has been a breeze with him and though they don't deal with claims, he always has helpful advice. Mr. Rick Franklin is the same way. If you want your insurance agents to feel like old friends, this is the crew to go with.

Rick Franklin has been our insurance agent for over twelve years. He is genuinely concern about his clients and is always available to talk to us about any questions we may have concerning our auto or home insurance. We not only love him as our insurance agent but also as a wonderful friend!!!

We happened to get in touch with Rick, who immediately offered us better rates and a smooth and speedy transition. So far this place has been a very happy choice for us. Easy in and out for in person bill payments! Friendly greetings every time you walk in the door or call. No hassles whatsoever so far. If this service continues my only regret will be not switching sooner.
