My multiple experiences with Rick Burpee have been no less than a disaster. He has been extremely unhelpful and rude. I asked to have 2 vehicles removed from my insurance. He hung up on my husband and myself 3 times. He did not remove said vehicles. I have also been told by other customers of similar experiences.
My family has been going through the Lincoln branch of State Farm for years. I've been going through them since 2014 when I purchased my 1st car, and still to this day will only get insurance from them. I have never had a bad experience with them. They're extremely helpful and so nice! Anytime I ask them anything, they'll make sure I get an answer as soon as possible. I highly recommend them if you want great deals and great customer service!
I have had to do business over the phone a few times rather than in person and each time I am met with pleasant, encouraging professional voices.... questions answered and helped quickly and always with a Thank You Sue.... Thank YOU Rick and Donna for your help recently! Happy Safe New Year!
