Rick Aton - State Farm Insurance Agent

I asked Donna for help with our home owners and car insurance. She was very friendly, personable, efficient, knowledgeable and took care of my issue in a very professional manner. The issue was taken care of incredibly quickly due to Donna taking a personal interest in helping her customer. I would highly recommend Rick Aton-State Farm Insurance Agent and his wonderful staff!

I'm one of Rick's oldest clients. Not in age, but I've been with Rick Aton since he started the agency. There's a reason I've stayed so long. There is a bunch of competition in the insurance business and the reason we stayed is the customer service. I've filed couple of claims in the past 30-40 years I've been with Rick and every time, without exception, I've received a very quick and positive response to the claim. Every phone call was answered or returned promptly. The office staff is pleasant and just a super joy to deal with.

We have been long time customers. State Farm treats you like family. They take care of their customers. I can’t say enough about their wonderful customer service. I have been working with Linda Aton for a long time and before that my husband has been with her since he started driving as a teenager. My daughter is now insured with them. To I’m up how I feel about Linda Aton, she is a blessing from God to me and so many.

Rick has been our agent for 35 years and if there has ever been a claim or question, they have been promptly addressed. In addition to that, we always receive follow up calls to ensure we got what we needed.
