We always have great experience dealing with Rick Ali Insurance agency,Gayatri is always helpful and gives us the best and lowest for our home and auto insurance. Rick Ali Insurance is prompt and so far the best for our insurance needs.

After 15 years with Allstate, my recent experience at this location was incredibly disappointing. I've officially switched to another company due to the terrible response I received from Gayatri. Her condescending tone made me feel belittled. I won't be returning to Allstate after this unpleasant encounter. We've found another company offering better coverage at half the price, and their customer service, exemplified by Rick Ali, far surpasses Allstate's.

I was recommended by a friend to Rick Ali years ago. I'm totally happy! They have been the best agency in regards to all my policy needs. Gayatri is amazing!! They are on top of their game! I love the way they tend to my policy changes and needs right away; they treat me like a family friend.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I was referred to Rick Ali through family friends and he has been the worse insurance agent I’ve ever worked with! I was to receive a check from Allstate Insurance to go towards damages done to by car. I never received the check as it was stolen. Rick was an absentee agent who was never willing to collaborate or help me out. But he was always present when time came to pay my premium every 6 months. I spoke with Rick today and expressed my concerns. “I have been without a vehicle for over one week.” He said he cannot issue another check. I said Rick “I’m paying you $1,200 for 6 months of insurance for what?
