I highly recommend the Hotz Agency! They go out of their way to make the insurance process simple and straightforward. They don’t take themselves too seriously, and genuinely care about my family and making sure we’re covered. It’s obvious they take pride in the relationships they develop, and are highly knowledgeable and experienced at what they do. I’ve called them multiple times regarding simple policy questions, online enrollment, claims issues, etc., and they always answer the first time! Do yourself a favor and call them today!

Absolutely the worst insurance company to work with. The customer service is non. I would not suggest anybody to go to them. Find another insurance company no matter what!
