It's not often that you find superb customer service in todays time, however SHANNNON is leading the pack with her quick response and actions. I've used Richard Morris' office for several years now for my home and auto needs. They are the BEST! Keep doing what your doing - I appreciate you all!!

After using state farm, richard morris in starke florida since 2001 for renters insurance, auto, then home owners insurance, received a visit from agent in june 2025. Two items they wanted addressing but due to a medical issue and informing the agent it would be issues finishing the repairs due to reduced income. Faced with the inability to walk or afford the repairs due to financial strain, repairs completed and sent in two days after their stated deadline due to weekend and a doctor visit, went by their office.to document repairs completed. Two days beyond their deadline they dropped my coverage after going from 1200 to 3500 yearly. Said due to age of home and updated guidelines they would not reinstate coverage, yet offered to find others who would after a 4 point inspection of roof, el

Kristina at State Farm has followed up with us since 2024 for a New Homeowners Insurance Policy which we completed yesterday. Kristina got a hold of me a few months ago trying to get my insurance down. I was not happy with the companies I was with she guaranteed me I could get lower rates with her. I was going on a cruise.
