I was with this company for a number of years and was very satisfied with my service under Julie Carpenter, however once she left the company, my service went out the door too. It was nearly impossible to get a quote in a decent amount of time, let alone hear back on an email to confirm that they would be working on a quote. After not hearing back for a while when I needed to get homeowners ins., I finally received and email from the owner stating my new agent was out on medical leave. Completely understandable that time off was needed, but the company didn't notify me to let me know that I would have to get help from someone else.
