Sometimes you don't know how good your insurance and agent is until you have a claim. We had nothing for 10+ years and then a little bad luck with both a homeowners and auto claim in the same month. Ric took care of both payments the same day he received the documentation he needed. Amazing! Ric Wilcox with State Farm in Mountain View is absolutely a 5 star outfit.
We have state farm insurance in two states... In Mississippi we have a home, 2 motorcycles, RV, side by side and 4 automobile. In Arkansas we have a home, a motorcycle and a car..... There was a hail storm, June 2023, in Arkansas which totalled my car and damaged my metal roof on the house... insurance settled on my car but did nothing about my roof because they said I had an impact resistant roof.. NOT HAPPY ... and there will be more to this story!
Friendly agent and staff. Quick service and Ric answered all my questions and made sure I understood the coverage I was getting, my options for coverage to take or decline, and the cost/risk. Great experience!
