I came in to get some assistance with drive safe and safe and Esmi is very knowledgeable answered all my questions and she made sure I left with everything ready to complete when my beacons arrive. She is very amazing!

Literally no one knows how to do their job. I paid my dues then they want to say I have to pay another $200 that same day for the next month when I should pay that when it’s the next month. I have called twice today and they sent me to voicemail. Then I called again and they picked up the phone then hung up. I have been patient and trying to do everything through customer service number, and the app; but no help was provided either. It has gotten to the point where I will have to go to another insurance agency. I don’t want that. So please Rhonda handle your staff correctly and politely, they can be very rude when they don’t know how to figure out a policy.
