Rhonda Carter - COUNTRY Financial Agent

I am sure this will be deleted, but i had to post it. I will not use this company again. They withdrew money out of my account without my permission, and when i tried to get it straightened out they said they couldn't talk to me about it because the auto policy was on my son. My son went up there to talk to them about it and the guy said he couldn't do anything without the permission form i signed over a month ago but decided not to turn in because i didn't want anything electronically withdrawn from my account. This guy lied to my son and said he had to have that form to do anything so even after telling my son not to give him that form before he ever went went up there he gave it to him because the guy said he had to have it to straighten everything out. Not sure how she does today. Quite responsive, in the past. But, not returning calls, now.
