This is the best insurance company to have they have great prices, wonderful customer service representatives, and they don't overwhelm you with unnecessary paperwork. Very quick and responsive. Ethan is a great asset to the company he has a outgoing personality and always willing to help, and make you laugh, while being professional. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone! I got the same exact coverage I had with my previous insurer for WAY cheaper. Very pleased with this company. If you need coverage coupled with top notch service ask for Ethan. That's the guy to talk to! EDIT: alas. Ethan is no longer there 😩😮‍💨.

Beware of doing business with All Insurance Group and Kerri the owner. My most recent experience with this company was the most frustrating I’ve ever experienced. In my case they didn’t update their records to reflect current addresses or email addresses in spite of having been provided updated information on several instances. After nearly 20 years of doing business with this company I finally had to cancel a policy because they couldn’t seem to get the documents and proof of insurance sent to the addresses I had provided. Now that I am owed a refund for the cancelled policy, Kerri will not acknowledge my calls and 3 months later I’ve yet to receive the refund they owe me. I would be very hesitant to do business with this company. If it were possible to provide less than a one star rating

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I switched banks due to fraud so I called Carrie and gave her my new banking information for my monthly auto debit for my auto and business insurance. She stated she was writing everything down and as soon as she finished with her customer she would update my billing info. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago and I receive a letter in the mail stating my license will be suspended due to non payment. I called Carrie 3 different times only to be told all 3 times she wasn't available. Infinity insurance informed me that if she admits that it was her wrongdoing that I wouldn't have to pay any additional fees just the missed payment. I called her back for the 4th time to no avail she still wouldn't get on the phone. I explained what Infinity told me to her employe

I have referred business to All Insurance Group in the past. They will review your policy information and help when they can. If they can't help give a better policy or lower your price, they will be honest about it and tell you to stay with your current provider.
