Dana Troxell is terrific! She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and truly responsive. I first worked with her on a single policy and — because of the excellent service and genuine care she provided — I ended up moving all of my insurance needs to her. She made everything so simple. While other agents sent endless forms asking for information they already had, Dana and her team handled the administrative burden themselves and only sent me the final documents to sign electronically. It was such a relief. She’s always available to answer questions, offers thoughtful advice when I ask for it, and is never pushy. We've utilized Resource Group of Winter Park for 3 years in a row and couldn't be happier with their services. Like many right now I was quite irritated when I received my Insurance renewal and saw that it was going up $2000. I called my insurance and they directed me to Resource group. Heather answered the phone and after asking me some questions and explaining why my insurance was increasing(thanks a lot Citizens) she said she would look into how I can get a reduced rate. Dana reached out and she was able to help me get a better rate saving me about $1000. I never liked speaking with insurance reps because of the confusion with rates etc. however Greg , Vidal, and Heather have made this process VERY easy. They answered the phones right away, explained every option on the table for me, and was able to lower my premium as well as my auto insurance!
