I would like to let you know my feedback . I had my father and my nephew with this company and our agent Gisela is very professional and always is able to help us. I recommend this place 100 💯% we are extremely satisfied with this Agent and Company.

Terrible customer service I needed documents from the company for my new auto insurance policy but they were unable to get them for me or my insurance agent they were absolutely terrible Maria (the lady I spoke to) was extremely unprofessional. She continuously interrupted me and told me that she couldn’t do anything for me because it was company policy that they couldn’t give the documents out even though they are required to get new insurance through any decent company. Absolutely stay away from this company they will mess up your insurance for years with their absolute ineptitude.

I didn’t visit their location, but I dealt with them through phone and email, they have an employee or whatever called Maria Izquierdo, I think she is the worst business/sales person I have ever seen in my life, she doesn’t reply to emails , text messages and phone calls , she does reply to you after 3300 years !!! She is irresponsible and careless person acting like you’re asking her for free services!!! I will never deal with them again.

Ive had my insurance through this agency for a very long time. I would'nt change them for anything. The staff is always courteous and willing to help you with whatever you need.
