The worst insurance agency in California. This agent does not even talk to her clients. Its all handled through a unprofessional boiler room call center.

I had been a customer of this office for 25 years or so and Tom and Robin always took the time to help me out. They were terrific and I felt like they really cared about me and my family. Unfortunately when the business changed hands things changed. I kept my existing policies with them, but when I was trying to get some home owners insurance, CA Fair plan even, Harry totally failed me. Dragged it out for weeks, NEVER returned my calls as promised, and ultimately couldn’t get it together to get me any coverage. I went through a different insurance company and got coverage in 2 days.

Terrible service. Been a customer with Tom Ryan the previous owner for 3 decades dozens of policies for home & auto. They had my payment information on file and failed to contact me / make a payment let a policy lapse and told me they couldn’t re-write it for my personal residence. Major problem. Would not reccomend using them. Can’t believe the lack of customer service. Incredibly offensive.

I met my previous Agent , Tom, in the Mid eighties at a booth in a Sears Store. I am glad to be able to call someone who lives in the community whenever o have a question. Tom and Renee have given plenty of time when a payment is due. And they have assisted me in a couple of claims over the years.Renee has increased my trust and comfort with Allstate. I can’t imagine having a better agent

This office has the worst, unprofessional set of “agents” any one company can possess. This office does not take accountability for their mistakes , jeopardizing your insurance policy and leaving you to deal with fixing your policy through a REAL ALLSTATE AGENT ! DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE . CALL ALLSTATE DIRECTLY, THEY ACTUALLY CARE !
