Rene answered the phone and talked to me about my insurance needs at 7:45 in the evening…for 45 minutes. My savings were incredible but his easy to talk to, customer focused, helpful attitude is what sold me. His assistant Victoria, is spot on focused on providing the kind of service that many agencies talk about… but often fail to actually deliver. Both follow up and answer questions. To use an insurance phrase… “ Your in Good Hands… with Rene and Victoria… at their Maricopa State Farm Agency.”
