A great bunch of people in the office. Cristian helped me with a quote on my car insurance and even though the rates were too high for me, he still explained it thoroughly and was very professional. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for insurance.
The quote that hey give over the phone are not correct, expect 100% increase when you sing in for your auto coverage. I have 5 Vehicules with this agent I hope thing get better in the future and be more care or may considered to move to another egent.
I have filed a FORMAL COMPLAINT against this office and their Inept ability to get new policies started. If you want to be treated poorly and spoken down to, this is th office for you. Otherwise, stay away. When her agents do something wrong she stands behind them and finds excuses. Absolutely horrible Customer Care!!
They keep changing my family’s rates without notifying us and dropped one of our vehicles without telling us.
Really great staff of people. Always ready to answer any questions you might have. Have had State Farm from day 1.
