We always have a wonderful experience with Remco in Lufkin, customer service is always great, and they always work with us on reinstatement and late fee discounts especially. We’ve had several good experiences where we needed to do those services. They have been great since the beginning when we sought them out to bring new business.

They keep asking me for information and have given me several different emails to send it to. Trust me when I say I have sent it at least 15 times to all the emails. And it keeps coming back as something went wrong or this is not an email. And then I get another email wanting the same information and new information about the vehicle. I paid over 300 to get this policy started. If my insurance gets cancelled and my car gets repoed because of their mistakes or not doing their job 😞 well enough said. . It's ridiculous !!!!

So far, no complaints on this company. They do have excellent customer service, very friendly associates. They do provide low insurance and several discounts. One of the lowest insurance companies I have found in my town. I would highly recommend this company for auto insurance
