I am a third generation customer to Remaley. My grandparents bought their Erie policy from them, and my parents did as well. Anytime you call straight forward with the customer, never try to sell you something you do not want. I highly recommend them. I am 28 year customer.

Always friendly staff and great customer service. Have never had any issues. They take time to explain things if you don't understand and try to get the proper coverage at a decent rate. Don't try to upsell things you'd never need (which a lot of places love to do). Remaley and Erie are a good combination.

Terrible, dealt with debbie remaley and at first it was great till I called back to make sure my quote was what it was and it had changed quite a bit and couldn't get me insured by the date I made very clear that I needed it by I will give my money away before I spend it at this company
