There was an error with how I was being billed. The system seemed to think I owed 5 months of a premium in the course of one month from some changes I had made prior to the new policy date. I called Relation and Debbie did a little digging and fixed the problem for me and I made a much more reasonable payment. I appreciate the courtesy, and efficiency that Debbie showed. Thanks again!

I’ve been with this company since it was Nationwide for over 40 years and I was going to choose a different company for the various reasons until I start working with ALLISON THOMPSON, she is a gem, always answer my phone calls and my emails promptly, thanks Allison for providing the outstanding services. D

For two months I have worked to have an error corrected on my insurance where I switched companies and it was back dated incorrectly. I was assured it had been corrected and it wasn't. My tags are no longer good and I have fines due to their lack of doing their job correctly which I was told was corrected weeks ago. When I called once again, I was sent to voice mail!

When the chips are down, a loss has occurred, and a claim has been filed these professionals are going to bat for you, like the commercial says "on your side" every step of the way. I've been a client for 20 years and I appreciate them very much. Thanks Matt, and everyone there.
