I bought premises liability insurance from this company for my law office. That is all I needed. They oversold me way more insurance than I needed. I was insured for terrorism lapses, payroll protection (I don't even have a payroll!), etc!They then changed the billing practice and I asked they to contact the insurance company about it as there used to be a deduction if you paid a yearly premium. They never bothered. I called about that, left a message, and no one bothered to return my call. I repriced insurance this year, and found a new policy at 1/3 the price. When I got the cancellation Dropbox notice, IT STILL HAD MY OFFICE ADDRESS OF TWO YEARS AGO! THAT WAS TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY! I can't recommend this company at all. This insurance company is the best!!!! Literally EVERYONE is AMAZING!!!! I am coming off of a terrible experience where even the company home office could not locate my agent. Have been with this company for over 20 years. I had to switch and so glad I found Remillard.

They are all so amazing over there. I have been with them over 20 years, I would never move agents. Polite staff, always a smiling face when you walk through the door and so helpful. Just a phone call and you always know they have your back.

I have been a customer for pretty close to 20 years now. These are good and decent people who know what they are talking about and arent just trying to make a quick buck. They will not try to sell you products you don't need. If there does come a day when you need to file a claim they will help you with all of it. Have a special circumstance such as a recent divorce, death of a loved one or a more joyous occasion such as buying a house or sending kids off to college? They can help you navigate through it all.
