We’ve been customers for two years and ok with the services. That said, our most recent experience was frustrating: we drove into the office expecting to meet with an agent in person and were asked if we’d be willing to speak with a remote agent on a phone call. We agreed, I guess we could have said no, but it felt pushy to say no. After completing the call, it felt like a waste of time and gas when the exact same conversation could have happened from home. In the end we decided to shop online ourselves. Using gabi.com and quoting directly with carriers, we saved roughly 8% over the best renewal price the agency was able to offer us—even with identical coverages. Very helpful and knowledgeable about insurance services

I moved away from Crescent City, but still rely on the amazing staff at Reiter for all of my insurance needs. Cassie Goodwin is exceptional; always responds promptly but also does so with a genuine positivity that makes addressing insurance needs easy. Her commitment to great customer service is evident in every interaction, as she goes above and beyond.

My agent, Cassie, dropped the ball. She did not return my phone call when I left a message because they were very busy. And I lost the chance to get my mobile home insured with Foremost insurance, because effective September 1, Foremost is not taking on any new customers. My new agent Cassie did not followup on my needs for Home insurance or return my phone call I left on 8/29. She should have had my paperwork, that was filled out on 7/20, as a future client for my home insurance needs. I had just gotten car insurance with her and told her I had a need for mobile home insurance effective September 1. Cassie did not follow up on my request for Home Insurance. I went back into the Reiter office in Crescent City, FL on 9/1 and spoke to another agent, only to find out I'm now denied Foremost
