Jack Reiner was introduced to me by my real estate attorney when I was selling my home. I explained to Jack that the renters insurance was for a short period during a user occupancy stay. After comparing various plan options with Reiner Insurance and changing my auto policy to Plymouth Rock, I paid the year's premium in full. 1 month later, I began receiving notices from Plymouth Rock that I owed an additional 17% cost to the yearly premium. Reiner Insurance did not resolve the matter, and attributed it to a "rating error." This was a bait-and-switch that will keep me from coming back for future insurance plans.
