Tiffany Brooks and Jamely Bonilla went above and beyond to provide me with great customer service when they helped me with my bill and got me enrolled in Drive Safe and Save. Ms. Lynnette Jones gave me a reason to smile when I really didn’t have a reason to due to an awful customer experience I had one day prior on the phone with one of her office staff named Tiffany. Even though I was still upset that I wasn’t given the opportunity to take care of business and make changes on my account because I was left on hold over a half hour after speaking to Ms. Tiffany but she didn’t give me a call back until after hours and when I asked another question she put me on hold again tying up both of my lines because once she finally decided to call me back I answered while still on hold with her on the other line. Subsequent I missed my tela health appointment call with my doctor because Ms. Tiffany decided to put me on hold again while already having my first call on line
