This State Farm office is not to be believed! I called about my wreck which occurred in another county. Not only did the tow truck arrive before I left the scene, I had received 4 texts and a phone call from State Farm with the claim number and information before I woke up the next morning. And talk about taking the “Good Neighbor” seriously? Allison actually babysat my kids while my husband drove to pick me up. I had been Christmas shopping and had all their presents! The only way this could have been easier would have been if Jake from State Farm had a Time Machine to go back and prevent the accident. Thank you to Reed’s team for truly being State Farm good neighbors.

My mother hadn't received her billing/insurance card and the due date was just a couple days away. Contacted Nancy at the office, she took care of everything for my mother(payment, receipt and new insurance cards in the mail). My mother has the 'drive safe' app, she saved over $100 for this billing period. Superb customer service, thanks again Nancy!
