Rebecca Hicks American Family Insurance

I’ve been speaking with Denise my claims agent. She has not helped with anything. My car hasn’t been drivable since the accident, 3 months ago. I had to find my own rental car because she was unable to. I’ve been in contact with the shop multiple times, nothing has been accomplished. American family states there’s nothing they can do. They can’t help! I continue to ask for help with nothing in return. Everything is my responsibility. Does anyone know why we pay for insurance? There’s no customer service going on whatsoever. I hope this is beneficial to anyone. Do NOT use this insurance company. They are terrible. The worst experience I have ever had in my life with any company.

Never want too answer there phone line over a wk been calling and no one ever picks up the phone
