Savanna was exceptionally patient and demonstrated a strong understanding of the health‑insurance program. She answered every question clearly and confidently, and she explained the advantages of switching from my previous plan to my current one in a way that was easy to follow. Her professionalism and pleasant manner made the entire experience reassuring and positive. Compared with representatives from other insurance companies, Savanna stood out for being far more courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

Tim was outstanding. His energy was positive and calming. Normally I would have hung up the call. Right from the start he let me know that it wasn't a sales call he was there to help me. He just wanted to make me happy. He informed me that I was eligible for a hundred dollar increase in my spending card with humana.this made my day and tums uplifting personality was by far the best. Normally these calls are annoying and make me angry ending with a hang up. By the end I felt like I made a friend and wanted to talk more. Thank you Tim for making people like me feel very special

I had become absolutely exhausted dealing with managing my health care needs over and over again without success. I am 69 years old and I was about to give up. My rep is very informative and very helpful. She is always prepared and knows has answers to my questions and she double-checks the info on any new/changes in policy. I was amazed that LaTonya did what she did!! I just mentioned about my SNAP benefits page had stated Medicaid inactive. She looked it up and it was active ..... and started to fill my basket full of EXTRAS!! I'm so impressed! I really thought it would be another call where I would be told Devoted was the greatest and nothing else could be added. But yall keep it up!!! Thank you Thank you Thsnk you!!
