Another reviewer mentioned he loved the client portal. That's funny - it doesn't exist! You can check for yourself at their website. Interactions are held through 1996 technology. Here's an example case: I recently canceled my plan and they sent a partial year refund to a residence I moved from many years ago. Could I verify or update the address in my "client portal"? No. Did they offer any digital payment service? No. Did they check with me beforehand since it's been years? Nah. Update: My rep was helpful in finally rerouting the check to my new residence, so I've bumped this review to 3 stars.

TERRIBLE! This business has gone downhill, fast. Can barely get in contact with anyone, and when I do, it's always someone who doesn't want to take my call. Sighing and groaning over the phone multiple times, immediately trying to transfer me knowing I'll end up at voicemail again - just a very bitter group of people. Have not been able to get my policy renewed on time, and they don't seem to care at all. Guess it's time to swap insurance providers.

I had great interaction with Reeves Ralston. Got the insurance I needed, plus some enhancements and for a reasonable price.

Customer service is nonexistent and premiums are overpriced. They get rude and vindictive when you decide to cancel/non-renew. Avoid this business at all costs.
