Ray Sullivan: Allstate Insurance

I purchased auto insurance from Ray Sullivan many years ago and I've been with him ever since. He and his team are always a pleasure to work with and have my highest recommendation.

I was looking around... slowly, for car insurance. Not a fun shopping adventure to say the least, but Ray's team made the process super easy and saved me over 200 bucks on my monthly payments and got me much better coverage than what I had! I never had to wait 24 hours to hear back on a question and when I needed to make changes to the policy they were prompt and got me the needed paperwork very quickly. One time, I did back my truck into a small car and dented their bumper. Allstate took care of it and I never had a problem. Can't be happier with the service I have received from Allstate and Ray's team.

Allstate is a nightmare if you ever need to file a claim. Two months into my claim and Allstate is only woking on one aspect of my claim, my window. Because my claim also involved a rental car, two months into the process I have to start over and I'm being told i don't even have a claim number. Safelite is a joke and so is Allstate bc they treat claims like rebates and hope you just give up or forget after a tremendous amount of back and forth. I had to report them to the California AG. It took Safelite FOUR visits until they found the right drivers side glass for my Tiguan. Therefore i had to rent a car for three long weeks and pay out of pocket and now Allstate is not reimbursing me and hiding behind email addresses that send auto-replies bc i don’t have a claim number.
