Rapid Insurance

Well I used to think this was a great insurance company and or broker agent... but I recently had my van stolen in front of my house, when I filed my claim with National General they basically laughed and said its not covered because the agent put liability only which it blew my mind away cause I specifically told the agent at Rapid insurance to make sure my van had full coverage....You can just imagine how I felt to have something stolen from you and then to make matters worse your insurance doesn't care and takes 3 weeks to answer you... dont recommend this place and will seek legal action.

I don’t like to feel rushed - idc that you have other phone calls, I’m a paying customer, too! My time is just as valuable. I am this close 🤏🏼to canceling my policy and telling my friends who have yet to get a car insured to simply go through zebra.com or compare.com because there zero need to pay agent commissions when they don’t take their time to properly insure you. I realized that I was put for the wrong h coverage and asked to switch agents for lack of service and even the next agent messed up - not only was I being g cut off short and felt rushed, I also found out I was put on “pleasure use” instead of commute, so if I get into an accident I may be thought of as fraud by my car insurance company because I use my car to COMMUTE, something the second agent did t bother to ask me. UGHH

That place is OK But the broker charge you extra just to find cheaper insurance, but they can give you a quote and they charge you 400 bucks more when they try my advice is call the company directly and way cheaper with no money down

The agent was rude and yelled at me. They apparently can add anyone they want to your insurance policy even neighbors or strangers!

Outstanding customer service. I would recommend this office location to anyone. The times that I have been to Rapid Insurance, I have had the honor of working with Elliott Rodriguez. He is extremely thorough, honest, and fights for his customers to get them competitive pricing/best coverage.
